Case summary
A German HVAC distributor sources 60,000 galvanized damper frames annually for commercial ventilation systems. The 1.2 mm galvanized steel (Z275 coating) is stamped in a 4-station progressive die, then assembled with a gasket insertion step in-line. The frame must maintain flatness within 1.5 mm over a 400 mm span after assembly. We ship fully finished and individually bagged parts on reusable pallets, with bar-code traceability per batch.
